I'd rather it be built by then. Only got 7 flat conversions, a full time job and 2 other little projects on top of the build. Shouldn't be a problem . . .

A pint could turn to a few more. I might have an overnighter at Stoneleigh. Might be involved in a little project there too!

Hope to meet as many PH'ers as poss in the next year.
