What area are you in? You can make them up easily enough.

You could try Think Automotive, Demon Tweaks or any branch of Pirtek who will also make them up for you although most depots will have to order them which is normaly next day.
Cool. I'll have a ring round.
Think Automotive will not do swaged fittings only screw together ones. I went round this with my brother's car over the summer. He ended up with hoses from HEL: www.h-e-l.co.uk which were OK but it took a bit of work getting the right parts. They were quite happy to cover the lines with a coloured PVC pipe for no extra charge.
Discovered afterwards that Pirtek do fully swaged hoses. I'd speak to them first.

They don't need to be swaged for brake hoses. The steel braided Goodridge type which screw together are fine.
