A new weapon in the fight against crime is about to be unveiled at the exeter kit car show this weekend. The exeter force have obviously realised how they can keep one step ahead of virtually all criminals....the've got a kit car! Find out more from those nice guys at Mac1 motorsport this weekend.

I wouldn't fancy having to drive that when the weather turns a bit nippy! Nor if things got 'physical' in a chase after some scallys. It would be a hoot in the summer though.

won't be another NSX type thing, donated by the makers and paraded around by the Police at shows to say "we're hip and in with your crowd" as it were?

The Prisoner was Dangerman , but it was never admitted till a few years ago where Patrick McGohan (or George Markstein , cant remember which) admitted it was that way for a very simple reason , he didnt have to pay royalties to the series creator of Dangerman .

Did anyone see this at the Exeter show?

I would like to know if it was real or not.
Can you imagine them having to get out in a hurry to give chase on foot? The crooks would be long gone!

Yes it was there. It's surely only a marketing gimmick though?
