Westie wheels again!!
Discussion
I run 6x13 minilites with A032r's on my 1994 narrow body but it's always used on track.
13"or 14" wheels will suit the cars handling best, if your doing a lot of road driving don't get a tyre with too low a profile though as it will result in a very harsh ride and again the handling will suffer.
Wheels vary in terms of cost so much but if you've got pots of cash try Image Wheels, at the other end of the scale a lot of ford wheels can be had cheap at the local scrap yard.
