I can help with the second one
Faded paint can be restored with something such as T-Cut, but essentially what you are doing is taking off the top layer of paint/laquer so it's just a quick fix in my experience (we bought a Citroen which had it done to the bonnet and left front wing and instead of red, they are pink now). Try www.thepolishingcompany.com/, his stuff isn't cheap but I have some P21 for the Marlin and all I do now is wash with a bit water Send him an email and he'll sort you out (mention PH)

I think the point with the body work is that it probably isn't paint. Most Westfields are left with unpainted gelcoat finish on the GRP bodywork. It might be worth trying abrasive polish, like t-cut, or autoglym might be abit less harsh. Most GRP bodied cars would be due for painting after 10 years or so.
I know the standard wide body Westfield needs offsets of about et35 to et38 on the wheel rims, I'm not sure if it is the same on the narrowbody - but I will check my old build manual and see if it is mentioned. You would need to know the offsets of the rims - but the width and diameter and ford stud pattern would match. I don't think the offsets would be right though as I can't recall seeing many Westfield with Ford rims on.
Check the wscc website, there are a lot of anoraks there who would know.

Red gel coat pigments are notorious for fading, so if that's what you've got then your best long term solution is probably a paint job, especially if it's got to the 'almost white' stage.
If it's not too bad then you might get away with a good polish using one of the treatments mentioned. Certainly worth a try.
As for the wheels, why not ask Westfield?

It depends which R.S rims you have.Have a look on the front of the wheel blade from hub to rim for the model number on the wheel itself. There was lots of differing offsets as the R.S alloys in 13's were used by Fiestas etc and they won't fit.The the other alternative is to tell me what the measurement of the offset is and I will take a wheel off my Westie and see if it's the same. You could try www.locostbuilders.co.uk and they will tell you what numbers will fit.
