Does anyone know anything about a fibreglass (kit I assume) Mini going by the name of Pheonix ?
It was obviously based on the Clubman Estate but with a lifting tailgate rather than the two side-ways opening doors.
Any info. would be much appreciated.

It was indeed a kit and was made by Pheonox Automotive in the 1980s. It was designed by Paul Haussauer (who also designed the Clan Crusader) and was of monocoque construction. I think it was launched in 1982...

There was a discusion about this car on an earlier thread. Pretty sure it's a GTD Roadstar. Anyway, have e-mailed him.
