Can anybody help me identify what donor car this wishbone has come from? Its currently on my Fisher Fury and I need to replace it as I've bent it after skidding into a kerb in the wet. I thought it originated from a mk2 escort, but I've been told the mk2 escort ones are the single types not the double as pictured. Any help would be much appricated, thanks in advance.

Looks like a bespoke piece of kit - however, all is not lost. I recently damaged a very similar section of suspension, and simply had a local engineering works make up a pair of replacements. There's nothing complicated about that unit of yours, and given the other side as a template, they'll have no trouble fabricating a replacement for you.

Yes, it's not off a mass-produced car. AAgree wit hprevious poster. The balljoint looks like the Transit drag link that everyone seems to use.

Thanks for the response, just phoned Fisher sportscars and ordered the bits I needed for next day delivery. Found them very helpful and I was expecting it to be a bit of a mission to get parts, but can't beleive how easy it was, I can look forward to driving it again now!

Damn! I can't believe I missed reading that it was on a Fury. Glad you've got a car with a factory that still exists, and that you're going to be back on the road again soon.
