All sounds a bit dodgy to me - 2 V5's for 1 car, think the may be interested in that.
The 1961 reg V5 would only be ok if it was based on a 1961 Morris chassis but the fact that the reg number is non transferable would suggest otherwise.
Couldn't really say on the Q plate V5 as he doesn't give any information as to what it is registered as.
Would either steer clear or brace myself for re-registering and going through SVA.
