Westfield Megablade 893cc Honda engine ~26mpg (16-18 on track)
Ultima - 6.3 litre Chevy - about 15mpg

It'll all depend on what engine you've got and how you drive it. Economy will generally be better than with comparably performing 'conventional' car due to lighter weight.

GTM talk of 40mpg from their 1.8 K series Libra demonstrator on long runs.

I seem to remember an interview with VBH once who was immensely proud to have got a tuned Skyline down to about 4mpg on track.

On my first tank, getting 28!

Suspect that will decrease as I gain confidence in it not breaking

Phantom - Honda 2.7V6

By not breaking you will not need to speed up again - thus saving more fuel.
