cheapest mid engined kit car?

Very simple and cheap mid-engine buggy, is it related to the ONYX TOMCAT? they do look similar.

Reading on their website I found a Mini engine option, any othe engines available? bike engine?

With a few styling tweaks and bigger rims , It could really become a neat little road racer...........
