Have been trying to book a viewing but Pistonheads booking tool keeps failing. Any other way to contact you to arrange?

Hi,
I am told Pistonheads book all viewings so best do it through them. They will no doubt respond.
Hope to see you soon.......

I’m having the same issue as phast, the system will not allow me to submit my request to arrange a viewing.

Not good. I'll mail them and try and get this sorted. The car is much better in the flesh than in the photos.

It is stated in the description that Tiger Racing retain the service records. Is there any way of accessing these records prior to the close of the auction to verify what service history the car has?

The R10 was previously owned by Jim Dudley the owner and founder of Tiger Racing. I bought it from Jim. Jim bought. It from the original owner who had been a longterm customer of Tiger Racing. Jim's original intention was to keep the R10 for his own use whilst keeping an option to sell. It was registered to Jim not Tiger Racing. The car was factory built and specced to the same standard (engine etc) as the then Tiger Racing track and show car. I have owned numerous performance cars including an LS7 Sagaris which Top Cats built for me. When I bought the R10 I wanted a car with factory or club history, not the usual build and sell 7 you see so many times. As with Top Cats I wanted a car built properly. There is no service book as such but I took the car to Tiger every year for "servicing" which was oil change and a look over etc. Previous to that Tiger should know.

Thank you for your comprehensive reply. Whilst there is no service book, presumably you have invoices for the services you had Tiger Racing carry out?

MOT history. 2018 Tiger Racing, 2019 Tiger Racing, 2020 Tiger Racing, 2021 Tiger Racing. 2022 Tiger Racing, 2023 Tiger Racing, 2024 Tiger Racing, to the best of my understanding, throughout its life, it had an oil change and any work needed done when in was in for it's MOT. 2026 MOT was done at GB Sports Cars in Newark using Merlin Testing Centre. In 2025 the car was not used. I don't have much in the way of receipts for the work.

Thank you for this further information. So am I correct in thinking that there is no paper trail nor actual evidence of the servicing at all?

Log book says the colour is green, but the car is obviously white in the pictures. Is it wrapped, or have the panels been changed? Was it wrapped green in the past?

Yes, no service book and minimal paper trail at my end. Not unusual for this type of car as most are self serviced. Tiger should have records of the work they have done.

It's not wrapped or repainted. Before my ownership it retrospectively had a full roll cage fitted, windscreen removed, panels wheels and wings changed, exhaust ceramic coated, carbon seats fitted. I had the cage removed apart from the rear hoop, changed seats, put a full windscreen in and upgraded the interior in order to make it a little more "comfortable"

No cat. I do have the cat in the garage, which will go with the car.

Just to let you know I never heard back from Pistonheads, I drove past Nottingham today while on a trip to look at 2 Westfields and a Caterham.
I don't like to flag this stuff up publicly but as it's the only contact method what choice do I have? I’ve been trying to sort a viewing since Thursday. If I was you, I would be properly annoyed at that.

That is annoying. I have raised it with Pistonheads and they have sorted It, in as much as others have booked viewings. No idea what the issue is...

Hi Philip,

So sorry about this issue, we have had it fixed by our website team. Truthfully as a consignor I don't know what the route of this issue was.

I do need to apologise regarding your email, I have found in my spam folder after looking up your email address registered to your PistonHeads account just now. I am very sorry about this.

Regarding this issue for anyone else interested in a viewing, my direct email is rob@pistonheads.com if you have any questions or requests.

Warm regards,
Rob
