Post MOT the car went straight to Grimaldi engineering as the "water leak" was the water pump failing !
see invoice for £2351 inc vat, mileage 83610.
The handbrake was adjusted but the brake pipe was just really crud on it... in their words.
PH images are good, but because they are hiding personal info it also removes the garage name and in some cases dates.
All work in my time has been done by Grimaldi engineering of Halstead Essex. look them up, but they are pure Masa/Ferrari specialists. Not cheap (Naturally) but very well respected.
I bought this as i always wanted one, but am at heart a serial Porsche owner with 3 still. We were doing an Alps trip for fun and i bought this to be different. once bought it went to Grimaldi for a good going over ready for the trip.... which is the big bill shown for over £3k. It went there and back beautifully in the company of much more modern stuff like Alpine, Vantage and M2
if you want me to scan the bills in my ownership I am more than happy to do so.

Throttle body refurbed (invoice) by Maserati shed 11/20 and then fitted etc under separate invoice including other works. (in pics above, but hard to read i know)
sticky buttons were clearly done at some time before me, but i cleaned up other bits like the air vents when i bought.
Brake balance ? not sure what meant, but as you see its all clear on MOT and Grimaldi Engineering looked after it for me and road tested etc. i went to the alps in it and it was perfectly ok , up and down !

i am glad to hear you are a fan, as i was and this was an itch scratched, but i have too many cars and frankly not enough time or space....
