No, I never intended using the car outside the UK when I shipped it home so never applied. It's LEZ compliant but you would probably need to apply for COC separately after purchase via Subaru UK. I'll contact Subaru in the meantime.

Hi - I saw the question was asked 4 days ago - but did you manage to get any sense out of Subaru UK on the mater of a European COC please ? Quite difficult for me to bid without ..... Thanks.

No. They’re minimum 5 days response. It is available using the VIN number through agents but as I said, I never intended to export it elsewhere so never bothered paying for one.
