Lovely looking car. One question on the brake wear warning though.
My, albeit brief, Google search on this seems to indicate that the light can’t be simply reset and that it’s indicating an open circuit in the wiring to the sensor. Did the wear sensors get replaced with the disc and pad change or were they reused? Will you be getting this sorted before sale or is it being left to the new owner? If it’s just a dodgy sensor then it should be very easy and cheap to resolve but if it turns out to be a break in the wire or a poor connection elsewhere then it could become rather expensive to track down and fix
Thanks.

Could you please clarify why there is a 10,000 mileage discrepancy from 2012 to 2013?

Is there a problem with the operation of the roof? I note that if you look closely at the pics of the roof down, that the rearmost plastic panels on each side of the deck appear to not be seated correctly. They each seem to droop at the rear and have gaps

thanks

Hi mate,
Purchased car in November 23, changed v5 in may after tax ran out.
Not using car so needs to be in ownership of someone who will do.

Did the brake wear indicator get sorted yet? If so, what was the issue?
Only asking again as there’s only a few days left on the auction….

Ahhh, that’s a shame. I’m sure others will still bid on it though.
From what my research shows, the chances are that it doesn’t need an auto electrician- but a mechanic, as it’s not something that gets reset. It’s appears that this issue comes from a physical broken wear sensor, unless you’ve already ruled that out…

Hi Muckeyman, wear indicator sorted. Faulty sensor, was new when replaced but genuine Mercedes cured fault.
