Hi

I am unable to remove my highest bid (automated bid).
I don’t want to pay what I have put down as my highest bid no longer. But I can’t remove it.

All bids are binding and cannot be cancelled. However your max bid is still below reserve, so you will only be in with a chance of buying the car if you increase your max bid to be above the reserve.

One final query, regarding the 5th gear issue? Is it a frequent problem or something that happens sporadically? Have you had your synchros checked?

Thanks

Hello, oil issue was looked at end of last year, believe they rectified the issue as i know longer have any drips of oil on the garage floor.

The brake lines have been rubbed back and painted as instructed by the mot tester so that’s sorted.

The 5th gear issue has never been looked at as it doesn’t bother me. It will only happen if rushing into 5th. Its shifts perfect if driving normally. I would assume it’s the 5th syncro
