Lovely car, had one, miss it.
Just one thing: the VTEC doesn't activate at 8300 rpm (that wouldn't leave much rpms...) but at 6k.

Hi, thanks for your interest. I have owned the car for two years. When I originally bought the car it was supercharged. I felt it didn’t suit the nature of the car and have always fancied one on ITB’s. By selling the supercharger this covered the cost of the Freshen up / rebuild. My brother built the engine who is an Engine builder at Swiftune. I asked him to go through it as thoroughly as he could. There is a picture book documenting the engine build.

There are no problems with the car, I did a 3000 mile Euro Trip in it last summer.

Cheers,

Chris

Hi Peter,

The car came with the semi slicks when I bought it. The previous owner took it to the Ring for a social and I took it to over there once too - No other track days and no track days since the rebuild. I took the Semi slicks off because the traction in the wet on the road was terrible. Air fuel gauge is removable, but the radio control panel was cut to accommodate it. You can buy second hand radio control panels on Ebay for about £45. You would also need to wire this to the remote wire from the after market stereo for it to work.

Cheers

Hi. Having seen the previous advert for this car on Collecting Cars (presumably from when you bought it in 2022), it mentions resprayed paintwork. Do you have any details on the extent of the respray carried out please?

Hello, thanks for your message. Sorry for the delay in replying. From memory, When the previous owner bought the car. It had sat under a tree for a number of years to the point where the sap had damaged the paint. The paint on the car is in good condition. There are some swirls on the bonnet but they have never bothered me enough to deal with. Hope this helps.

Do you still have the original radio? Is the Carbon effort rear spoiler removable? Or is it bonded in place?

Thanks for your question. I don’t still have the original radio. Unsure if spoiler is bolted or bonded - sorry.
