Auction: 2003 Lotus Elise S2 135R
Discussion
Hi kennyschachter.
Both incidents were very low speed in car parks. The first was when a Land Rover reversed into the front causing puncture holes in the front clam. The damage caused was assessed by the insurance company and a complete replacement clam was carried out.
The second incident was by me. I was reversing from a car parking space and didn't see a steel post holding up a fire exit. There was very minor damage to the rear clam, near to the boot, which was easily repaired and is invisible.
Both pieces of work were carried out by Lotus approved bodyshop Heaton Park Coachworks.
