I am 6'1" with long legs - 34". Can I fit in it? I note that neither seats nor pedal box are adjustable and, having been caught out by this in the past, I do not want to make the same mistake again. Anything else I need to know? (Having raced a G15 and G16 I think I know what to expect.). I had no intention of buying another car but this is a rare opportunity.

It's a shame but I doubt that you'd fit. I'm 5ft 11in, have 31in legs and size 9 shoes. With seat back as far as it will go I reckon I'm about maximum 'happy' size - steering wheel just the right distance and head nicely on headrest. For me, perfect. However, I'm now eighty so it's time to move it on.

That is impressive.

Hi - the passenger door seems to drop when open - are the hinges worn or is it an odd photo angle? Cheers

The hinges are solid iron and aren't worn. I suppose there's a very slight drop when the doors are open but it's never concerned me - there's always going to be more movement with fibreglass than steel. I suppose the door closing technique I've developed over the years is 'a slight lift and short pull in'. The doors offer a wider leg access than some other Brit sports cars.

Hi,

A family member used to own one just like this and I'm wondering if it ls the same one or not. Do you have any paperwork from a previous owner in the name of Davidson?

Thanks.

That's a good coincidence. Yes, the previous owner was Ann Davidson of Hemel Hempstead. She sold the car to Ginetta and I bought from them in 1998. I never met her, of course.

Yes, the whole package is just coming up to 40k. It's been pampered. It's also very original, I haven't tried to customise or increase performance etc.
