Hi could I ask (as this an auction) does the car run, drive and stop normally without any issues?
Regards Mark

Car runs without any issues
Runs and stops
No lights no overheating no loss of power or spluttering
Breaking is superb … as she stands a bit there’s always a bit of rust reside on the disks that soon goes after a few mikes and breaking … that’s expected on such a low mileage car
Break pads and disks are fine
It’s a great drive and it’s only due to personal circumstances that I’m selling it
The exhaust was changed by the dealer at the time I brought it and it’s a great sporty sound
Not load but it’s gives you a smile and everyone comments on how well it sounds

Thanks for picturing the corrosion on the boot, as you are too far away to view before end of auction. Can you take pictures of any other corrosion you know off that hasn’t already been covered please?
Thanks
Scott
Hi ScottThanks

There’s nothing else that I’ve noticed on her
And I think there is a twenty pence sized area on the engine bay / very front where the bonnet closes I’m sure it’s in the photos but it’s not broken through the paint
I’m in Yorkshire this weekend so let me check the photos
That’s it - nothkng on the outside panels
Happily do a what’s app call / video for you to view and request areas to look at when I’m back
Nothing on the visible panels

Just looking at the mechanical photos the seems to be a fair bit of surface rust on the suspensions components.
Has this ever been an advisory at MOT.
Did the car get driven through winters with salt on the road.
Also the rear parking sensors look like an after market retro fit, is that the case?

2023 advisory on corrosion but stated not excessive and this year the garage said there’s no damage side as an advisory means you should have a repair done but there is as nothing excessive about it and they wouldn’t class it as advisory

No is been kept off salted roads

Front and rear parking sensors where fitted by dealer on purchase .. they are a secondary fit but colour coded and fitted by dealer … if you look at the interior photos there’s a push switch at the left of the gear knob that allows you to turn them off
Personally I don’t buy a car without them
Not that I cannot park but it’s just an added safety net for not scuffing the car
Hi Andy
I never heard back from the walk around request with the previous request and I’m assuming the current bidding was out of range
There is a walk around video that is published it’s more if you want to look at anything in particular
It’ll have to be after work say between 5 and 6 if that’s workable for you?
No just me not the car …i have been in Yorkshire and came back down yesterday.
