Lovely car, being in London ULEZ is important to me, in the advert it says ULEZ compliant however when I check it on the TFL site it says it needs to be paid.

The advert also suggests the car is 2 owners however on the V5 it suggests 2 previous owners, hence now 3 owners.

I assume it doesn’t come with the M1 AFS private plate.

Can these points be confirmed?

Thanks!

F30/31 D3 are ULEZ compliant as these meet Euro 6.

Rather than contact Synter, you need to email Alpina (classic@alpina.de) and request a certificate of conformancy (COC) for whuch they charge.

Then you need to write to TfL, including copies of the COC and V5C, explaining the vehicle is an "early adopter" of the Euro 6 standard.

To whom it may concern,

Alpina D3 F31 Touring, Registration: <<Reg>>, VIN: <<Alpina VIN per V5C and CoC)

The manufacturer’s conformity certificate (see copy attached from Alpina) states the Particulates to be 0.21mg/Km (0.00021g/Km). As previously advised, the manufacturer’s conformity certificate also states NOx value is 69.6mg/Km (0.0696g/Km). These value are lower than those specified in the Euro 6 emission standard for diesel vehicles (Particulates 0.005g/Km, NOx 0.08g/Km).

Since my vehicle complies with the Euro 6 standard (it is an early adopter of the standard), please grant it the ULEZ exemption."

Worked for me with my F31 D3 Touring (2014)
