Hello Andy
The car has a cigarette lighter socket which with the correct usb adapter can be used to power a smartphone for navigation or music playback.
Porsche can supply an upgrade of the original sound and info system that replaces the original unit and provides a seven inch screen, DAB+ and Apple CarPlay.
See Porsche.com website , PCCM & PCCM Plus for further details

Hi there:
1) how many actual miles has the replacement engine now completed inc the 41k it came with?
2) Is the hood original or replacement? Does it open and close correctly especially around the door seals?
3) Presumably the replacement tyres were for rear only. The fronts looks as if they might fail or get ancillary at next MOT.
Thanks PH

The mileage of the car was recorded as
80935 by Northway Porsche when the replacement engine was fitted. The new engine had 41,000 miles on it when fitted. This means the new engine has now done approximately 79000 miles , but the car has done 119,000 miles.
This information is confirmed by the invoices and the service book for the donor Porsche..
I will check the front tyre tread depth later today and report back.

The hood is original and does close around the door frames and the top of the windscreen.

I have checked the tread depths on the front tyres this evening. They are both 4mm and wearing evenly. When new the tyres were 7.2mm, so they are half worn.
