This is Dave from PistonHeads auctions. I have just spoken with the owner to get the answers to your questions for you, as he is working this weekend,

1- With regards to fitting the roof I would expect it to be between £400 - £500. There are a good few people who can do this, and the forums are a great source of recommendations
2 - The car is located in Leeds
3 - You would be able to collect the car from Monday PM Onwards
4 - The only reason for sale is that I require the funds for other projects, otherwise the car would very much be staying with me.

Hi .. regarding the exhaust, i wasn’t aware it was a after market exhaust till i had the car looked over by a porsche specialist, it was him who informed me about it , its not loud at all , sounds very nice 👌… definitely not boy racer type haha . breaks work well and as should , tyres are good tread but show some signs of side wall cracking on a couple. the “ home service “ was carried out by said porsche specialist at his own home , where oil and filters have been changed .! the car needs to be viewed and driven really to appreciate it , drives like new with no known issues.

Looks like you’ve owned approximately 1 year have you had any service work and if not when was last serviced to your knowledge
Advert states MOT’D until May 25 but GOV .UK states expires a week on Saturday 4/5/24?
Is the car sold with 12 months MOT

Hi , it will ha s 12 months mot on it when sold . ive had the oil and filters done while ive owned it . there is no record stating how regularly it was done beforehand, but by looking at the condition of the car id say its been done quite regularly. sorry i cant be more specific.
