I have a Taycan Turbo S ST 2022 and have charged three times at two different Tesla sites on the red/white superchargers.
The first time, back in Jan this year, everything was ok.
The last two times, within the last two months, the charge has been ok, but on attempting to restart the car I experience the yellow 'Electrical System Fault - inspection Necessary' warning. When this fault is displayed the car cannot be moved as it won't go into reverse or drive. Both times, after about one hour, with several times locking/unlocking the car, the fault clears itself and I'm able to drive away.

I have no issues charging at home Ohme), work (Podpoint) or public (Ionity). The issue seems to only be with Tesla.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue and know what the solution is?

Does it work OK on other high speed chargers delivering Tesla speeds (250kW on V4 universal)?

I have successfully charged using Ionity at anywhere between 100-250KW many times.

Does your car have an outstanding battery (APB2) recall?
How do I check for this?

I've just done a check and It's showing no open recalls.

Many thanks for your help and suggestions so far.

Does your car have the 150KW onboard charger option for 400v chargers? If so it could be that that's at fault?
My car does have the 150KW onboard charger option for 400v.
If its this that is at fault, I fail to understand why I have charging issues with Tesla but not Ionity.

It's been suggested that the issue might be heat related, as Tesla 400v charging generates more heat than 800v will, and might explain why the error takes so long to clear if something is cooling down.

I've got the car booked in with Porsche for it's first service and I've asked them to check out the high voltage charging circuitry at the same time.
