I have a Taycan Turbo S ST 2022 and have charged three times at two different Tesla sites on the red/white superchargers.
The first time, back in Jan this year, everything was ok.
The last two times, within the last two months, the charge has been ok, but on attempting to restart the car I experience the yellow 'Electrical System Fault - inspection Necessary' warning. When this fault is displayed the car cannot be moved as it won't go into reverse or drive. Both times, after about one hour, with several times locking/unlocking the car, the fault clears itself and I'm able to drive away.

I have no issues charging at home Ohme), work (Podpoint) or public (Ionity). The issue seems to only be with Tesla.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue and know what the solution is?

Does it work OK on other high speed chargers delivering Tesla speeds (250kW on V4 universal)?
Does your car have an outstanding battery (APB2) recall?

I have successfully charged using Ionity at anywhere between 100-250KW many times.

Does your car have an outstanding battery (APB2) recall?
How do I check for this?

I've just done a check and It's showing no open recalls.

Many thanks for your help and suggestions so far.

not sure if it's helpful but the Tesla chargers also seem to cause problems for Ioniq5. don't recall what the complications were - try here...

Does your car have the 150KW onboard charger option for 400v chargers? If so it could be that that's at fault?

My car does have the 150KW onboard charger option for 400v.
If its this that is at fault, I fail to understand why I have charging issues with Tesla but not Ionity.

Because Ionity are 800v not 400v, my understanding is the 150kw booster only gets used when charging on a 400v charger. I'm new to owning a Taycan so I may not be right but I suspect I am.

This sounds a likely culprit. But these cars are so complex...

Sure it’s not the battery overheating?

Again seems less likely if it's 400V max 150KW on a Tesla charger Vs 270KW max into the car at 800V on Ionity.

It's been suggested that the issue might be heat related, as Tesla 400v charging generates more heat than 800v will, and might explain why the error takes so long to clear if something is cooling down.

I've got the car booked in with Porsche for it's first service and I've asked them to check out the high voltage charging circuitry at the same time.

I charged at a Ionity site yesterday without any issues, although the charge was slow at 100KW. There was an Ionity engineer there, repairing one of the stalls, and I asked him if there was any particular reason for it not being as fast as usual. His response was that the charger might be throttling back due to demands on the local grid.

I was parked up next to another Taycan and I asked him if he had experienced any issues recently charging at Tesla. He said he hadn't, so the problem does seem to be with my car. He did say that there is a recall, which doesn't show up when you check your vin, related to thermal management.
