Porsche customer complaints

My Connect service ended on my cars third birthday at the end of April and I decided not to renew any if the services, yet they’ve continued to take £25 per month from my visa account for their charging service. I’ve made several complaints and been assured a refund is on its way but guess what?
Anyone else struggled with their complaints procedure and if so any suggestions. I’ve asked to escalate but so far nothing has changed.
