Extended warranty

What's the general consensus regarding the extended warranty? I have decided to keep my Taycan 4S for another year so i need to decide if its worth taking out the warranty as well.

I'll be extending mine. There are some pretty big, seemingly common downsides (glass roof, heater etc). And the warranty cost isn't as extortionate as with other cars I've had.

It's around £1k per year (excluding recovery) and if you extend before the current one runs out you don't pay for the 111 point check.

I may even extend mine imminently - it's not due for 18mths, but I'd hazard a guess prices will go up at some point.

It'll be the first time I've bothered with extended warranty.

Warranty cost is cheap. Servicing cost is not. Calculate both..
