Park Assist Inc Surround View Taycan 4S Yes Or No?

Can anyone with a Taycan advise me whether or not to get the Surround View option or just have the standard reversing camera option for free?

I've just got the reversing camera on mine and the same for my upcoming Cross Turismo which is fine for us however others might feel different. Same goes for all cost options.

Not sure why the camera is a no cost option ? Why isn't it standard ?

Hi, got it on my Taycan 4S and would spec it again in a heartbeat. It gives a very good all around view of the car, so not just a rear view but a complete helicopter view of the car and surroundings.

I'd say get it. I don't have it on my Taycan and scraped 3 wheels going through two traffic restriction bollards sets one morning in Marlow. I couldn't see the concrete bollards from the drivers seat, and I was trying to be careful. It's a big car with limited visibility. To say I was upset was an understatement. The surround view would have helped avoid this clumsy mistake.
It was a rotten day, as I was on the way to Ascot, and didn't pick a winner.

I have it on my Taycan Turbo, it’s really bad - my Nissan Navara is way better (I’m not joking) I’d spend that money elsewhere personally. The perspectives are all wrong and it doesn’t help …. See if you can try it on at your OPC to see what I mean

Ok this was me parking in my garage - it looks like it won’t fit but you have 2m spare space - 1m either side…..
