Anyone had grief having theirs returned? 6 weeks and counting & I've yet to receive mine.
I requested it 6 weeks ago & since then have had excuse after excuse. I've spoken to 4 different people in their 'Customer Care' department & now it's with their 'Escalation Team'.
Another week to wait they've told me, when I imagine they'll spew out another excuse. What a joke of a company.
