Yep been trying to cancel since 30th March. Can’t get them on the phone or by email.

It is very much validating my choice to cancel. Although probably more on an emotional level than any actual fault with the product.

I decided to wait until they contacted me to finalise my i4 delivery then cancel to save the faff of trying to get through to them.

I also got them on web chat pretty much straight away. They gave me the email address to send my order cancellation to and request a refund of my deposit which I did on Friday. However no response to that email despite asking them to confirm receipt so I suspect I’m in for a fair bit of chasing.

The removal of dealers is a massive mistake. I would not have bought the car if I had known how bad the customer service was.

Such a shame as Bell and Colvill were amazing but this is utter rubbish.

Without doubt the worse car buying experience I have ever had, shame as the car itself (apart from the rubbish paint) is great.

Ignoring customers and issues never ends well.

No you are not, the Emira Facebook owners group is full of stories. Two dealers have told me that I am not the first and that Verdant is particularly poor.
