Anybody here using the My Alpine phone app?

I've already got the VIN for my recently ordered A110 (estimated delivery early june), but when entering it at the My Alpine app I get the message "an error occured". When trying a phantasy VIN close to mine I get the message "that VIN does not exist", so it seems that some kind of check is done in the background.

Is the App just crap or do I have to wait until the car has been produced?

My car has been produced and shows up now in the My Alpine app. Delivery should happen in about 2 weeks.

Apparently the live tire pressures can be displayed in the My Alpine app at cars produced from June 2024. Unfortunately it doesn't work on mine produced in May 2024. Images from the french FAR forum.

As said, it is NOT displayed on my app as my car is from may 2024. It seems to work only on cars built from june 2024 on.
However, as I am from Germany, I suspect I wouldn't face your problem with bar > psi conversion.

Since the recent app update I repeatingly get the popup message "VirtualKey - Your smartphone is your car key".

Would be happy to get the tire pressure displayed, but what the heck is this?

Update: I've contacted the My Alpine Help Center about that new feature... guess what, they had no idea what I was talking about and asked for a screenshot.

Yep. I've got another reply from the My Alpine Service Center... it is definitively a bug, the A110 is not and never will be able to assist such a feature. They gonna look further into it.

Same here, fuel level with another line showing some dashes above (whatever that is) and the mileage hidden further down in a submenu. Got the impression the app developer team is fking it up more and more with each update.

In the german version that submenu is named "Merkmale", should be "vehicle information" in english? It's the submenu below Eco Driving.

Got another reply from the app service. They suggested to delete and re-install the app to solve this key bug. And indeed, it's gone and hasn't reappeared so far.

To get the app working as good as it can you have to allow data transmition at the car's central screen unit and give the app all the rights it is requesting at your phone.
Mine shows the fuel amount, mileage and location of the car exactly. Gonna ask my local Alpine Service about activating the tyre pressure, but I doubt I gonna be succesfull.
