Anyone having issues with their A110 central locking?

I always use the key card and previously it would lock happily and the mirrors turn in giving reassurance it had done it.

Latterly I am finding that it will be a double clunk as if it goes to lock and then decides no I'm not going to and the mirrors stay out

Have checked if I have left lights on etc but nothing obvious. This morning opening and closing the door made it happy.

Yeah, mine does that occasionally. It’s the same behaviour as if you hit the lock button while one of the closures (door or boot) is open, so I guess it’s just the door switch which needs a bit of ‘encouragement’.

Open/closing the door again is a good enough ‘fix’ for me - at least until it becomes too frequent. 2-3 times per year doesn’t feel worth taking the door apart for laugh

Never had such an issue but I want to suggest something. Did you try manually folding the mirrors before leaving the car by pressing the button above the mirror controllers?

I've had this happen before either when one of the doors isn't shut properly or the handle itself is stuck in the "open" position.

Or when I'm holding the key close to the car and it thinks the key is inside the car and refuses to lock.

Just in case this proves useful to anybody, mine doesn’t have folding mirrors.
