Good morning,
Does anyone have access to this please?
It relates to a chassis support issue and knocking from footwell.
I ve had an occasional knock from the passenger footwell for over a year (and have used the car less as a result).
Dealer couldn t locate it on service last year and I ve since had suspension and wishbones replaced (by a specialist) to no avail.
Have mentioned this to dealer for the next service this month and am hoping this will be the fix.

Try to check the French FAR forum. There was a discussion on that back in July if I’m not mistaken started by WorldWdeWebs who is on PHs as well.

Oooh, interesting. I've got a bit of a clonk at 30-35mph which I've not managed to trace. Spires had a look and couldn't find anything either. Haven't tried the dealer yet.

I have access and can confirm it's related to a noise from the front. I'm not able to share more than that but if you give the reference to your dealer they can check whether this is the cause.

If you like send me a message via PH we can talk over email, you can send me a video of the noise if you like, I will let you know if it matches the video given with the bulletin.

I am surprised this issue hasn't been discussed more on UK forums as it seems quite a common repair in France. What Alpine charge for the repair is also rather significant so definitely something you want to get done while under warranty if possible. Be good to know if anyone has had this conducted by a dealer in the UK?

Please can you let me know what Alpine are charging for this?
It appears to be a manufacturing issue so should really be done for free…I’ve never owned a car that needed chassis work before it was 20 years old…
