I've just acquired a Pure with a Litchfield 300 map but I'm not convinced it's running any more than stock power theres no urgency about it at all. I wonder if it might have been in for a service and had the map wiped. In Race mode the max turbo out put is 1000mb which I understand is stock but does that figure go up when the cars are mapped or is 1000mb a limit in the display software?

That will just be the display, Jon. Same with the displayed power and torque values, although I did read about a French company that could change this

If it's had the fuel pump recall it could well have been wiped with a software update, my PE was.

As the comments above, my car has the Litchfield map and the displays still shows the standards power figures.
When I bought the car second hand 2.5 years ago I checked with Alpine for any recalls and they put a fuel pump on it. This lost the Litchfield map and so I ran it for a few weeks with the standard map until I could get down the country (I’m up North) to have the remap installed.
I could definitely tell the difference and was pleased to get the extra go back.
I’ve had the second recall for a pump and so I’m going to have to go through the whole mess about again.
Ironically the car has never missed a beat (perhaps the Litchfield maps solves the fuel pump problems 😁)

Yeah it looks like that's what's happened. I'm going in to RS Tuning with it this week so will be able to confirm it was stock power and Paul will get the best out of it. When he's done my Meganes before its usually a good progressive power delivery with no "chav spikes". No disrespect to Litchfield but for the faff of going down there from Yorkshire I'd rather just pay RS to do it plus it's a bespoke map then with the quicksilver exhaust it's got.

Let us know how you get on with RS Tuning. I have had a few Meganes mapped by them with good results. Paul knows his onions.

Is Paul still doing the remaps for K-tec?
