Has anyone else had this problem?

My front offside indicator light fails intermittently to work. As you know the main light bulb and indicator bulb are one and the same. The light continues to work. At first I thought it was heat related as it only happened on a long trip, but now it happens at random, and more often recently. Indicator then works properly, again randomly.

In the good old days, you would pop down to Halfords and get a new bulb. Sorted. Now it's a back to the dealer job. Car still under warranty, but dealer can't get it to fault when they have it. I have sent a video of the indicator not working, so they accept there's a fault, but cannot diagnose it.

Anyone had this fault and know what caused it?

Thanks

Column stalk fault? Does it relate to whether you've nudged the indicator stalk rather than put it "on"?

(I have an intermittent fault with main beam not working, have video evidence of it, but it's a software fault as turning the car off and on again immediately clears it).
