Does anyone know how you reboot the infotainment? My car is MY22 if that makes any difference.

I've had CarPlay hang a couple of times. No more than any other car I've used it in to be fair. But in every other car it's happened, I've just held the volume knob in for 10 seconds and it's rebooted everything and then it's all fine again.

However, we don't have a volume knob and the only option I can find in the menus is a full system reset which I assume would lose all my settings.

Both times this has happened to me, it's started working again once the car has been left turned off for a few hours as it's then done the reboot as I restart the car.

Any help or other thoughts welcome!

Thanks

Possibly try right button which brings up 3 options then standby or radio/music off then turn back on

The menu will not help, but the button is correct. You need to press and hold it for quite some time and the head unit will reboot.

Thanks so much! That's super useful to know for next time. It's only happened to me twice but Sod's Law meant it was two times that were particularly inconvenient rolleyes
