Squeaky brake pedal

Well maybe more of a creaking sound than a squeaking sound, when the brake pedal is hard pressed down.
I assume that the noise is coming from where the pedal joins the bracket or perhaps the operation of the linkage.

Has anyone else had this problem and can suggest what needs lubrication (ooh err). Thanks for any suggestions.

I would have thought a spray of PTFE should sort that😃
