Brakes pulling right when wet

Anyone had this? Coming off M27 this morning after wet journey and got an alarming pull right. Glad there was nothing next to me.
Fitted with big Brembo’s.
My car also sometimes stalls when stopping in normal mode with stop start disabled. Feels like clutch not disengaging fully.
Might need to book it in I think.

It sounds like it could be a water displacement issue if it only happens when wet, do any of your discs look badly scored at all? Get it checked ASAP.
Hopefully it was just a severe lorry track pulling your light car which was accentuated under braking in wet conditions.
I understand some early models needed some injector reprogramming or the occupancy weight sensor adjusting to prevent stalling when using stop/start but if you're not even using the system... plus you're ina MY22. How may I ask have you bypassed using stop/start in Normal mode?

Stalling is clearly a fault. When you book it in, it might be helpful to be able to explain whether it happens during warmup and/or at normal operating temperatures.
There might be air trapped in one or more of the brake calipers. First thing I'd do is have them bled. Wet use is likely to be exaggerating the problem rather than the root cause.

Regarding water on discs, it is a programmed feature of cars that run ceramic discs that they automatically engage the brakes in wet weather (via the rain sensor data) on a regular basis to clear the disc. The output is made via the abs unit and the driver is unaware of it, since it is very gentle.
Obviously we don’t have ceramic brakes but it could be that you were a victim of wet discs, especially if you had been driving without using the brakes for some time to clear them. Pull to the right would indicate water on the left hand disc if this theory is correct.

The right is much stronger on first application.

If it’s a constant fault then you’re looking at stuck piston or friction surface issue. Should be an easy fix on the ramp but will be interested to hear the outcome.The right is much stronger on first application.
