Software update or adaptions reset
Discussion
After picking my PE up from annual service it seemed noticeably quicker
It was more responsive, pulled harder and if anything sounder a little louder, to the extent that I checked to see that I was in NORMAL rather than SPORT
I know that most ECU learn over time driving style and some manufacturers even recommend resetting adaptions (KTM bikes are meant to be done twice a year - spring and autumn)
I admit that recently I have done a bit more leisurely driving and commuting but the change is quite marked
Does anybody know if dealer likely to have rest ECU or if there has been a recent software update for PE?

If you have the MyAlpine app, under vehicle information there is a section called mandatory or admin option codes. My reads TCHNO (2023 engine optimisation) - mine is a 2023 car but I know this is the latest software not sure if they are updating older cars at service?
where is that ?Under INFORMATION in my App it basically lists the basic build with really little possible variations - colour, interior and model.
Then under there various drop downs of an optional extras that were chosen.
It could be the version of the App, another post on here re servicing showed a grid from the earlier version of the app, which I don't have.

Without displaying any sensitive data, are you able to share a screenshot of where it says the TCHNO reference? I've looked at the (so-called) improved My Alpine app, and under the Vehicle Information tab none of the scroll down options make any reference to engine related matters. There is only information related to the features and the options that the car has across the subject areas of : Technical & Safety / Personal Exterior / Driving / Comfort / Personal Interior / Multimedia. And the other main tabs refer to other topics of: Vehicle Schedule / Contracts / Offers.Perhaps you are using the old MyAlpine app version?

Not sure if this has been covered already but spotted this option whilst mooching on the configurator. Wondering what it is and whether it is a factory tune I could retro fit to my 2021 pre facelift Pure.
I thought I recognised this subject from an earlier thread (it's from October 14th 2022 by Car Mad Dave) who apparently stumbled across "Tchno 2023 Engine Optimisation" as an option on the new car configurator... I don't think anyone replied back.
