I noted some down up to the date of posting. There have definitely been more since!

I think a spreadsheet is a better format though.

Having a maintained spreadsheet that’s linkable to from here, Facebook etc. is more useful for capturing the complete (ongoing) picture.

I disagree, a PH thread (that can be marked as a sticky) is accessible to all (link can be posted on facebook), doesn't require a google sheets app, can't be mangled/edited by one person, and is also indexable by Google and hence found easily, unlike a sheet.
