well, I sprung for a custom titanium exhaust from France (metal custom). Silenced, or straight with an actuator. Part of the reason is the weight reduction and part of the reason is retail therapy.

Life110 are offering a Milltek exhaust now (£1,188 incl VAT) + downpipe & sports cat (£1,193). If you take the downpipe, you also have to fork out for a remap.

but remaps still impossible away from europe, sadly.

How do you engage the actuator, via normal and sports mode?

as much as I would like it to use the same signals, its a remote dongle thing

normal mode with sports exhaust
or sports mode with quiet exhaust

I suppose are both possible

Hi, I bought this car last year, and because it came with this exhaust already fitted, I can't give you an honest before/after review.

I can say that I almost never use the straight pipe as it's obnoxious & rude to other road users (but sounds awesome). The car gets enough looks without making everyone think I'm a lout.

The muffled side is perfect for me. Muted enough in normal mode potttering around town & plenty loud enough in sport mode.

I don't see any prices on their website, but back in 2023 (according to a copy of the email) the previous owner paid 3390 Euro for the one with the titanium valve (as pictured at start of this thread). Shipping down under was another 258 Euro. Shipping should be cheaper for most of you lot but prices for the exhaust could have gone up considerably since then.

The email also had a quote of 2890 Euro for one with no valve & said it was 100/102 dB. This is significanly more than the 96 dB stated in their video with valve open. Did somethng change in the design or maybe in the way they measured the level...?

RE the weight, it is supposed to be 4.7kg & the OEM exhaust it replaces is apparently 12-13kg (all figures gathered from forum discussion over a period of time). If we round up the Custom exhaust to 5 & assume lower figure on OEM, we still have a weight saving of 7kg, which is significant in this car. My biggest saving is the LiON battery (>13kgs), with wheels coming in 2nd (~8kgs).
