a110 magsafe phone mount
Discussion
Would anyone be interested in buying MagSafe phone mounts if I made an ebay or etsy listing?
this is a prototype the final would be in UV safe matte black. The mount is super sticky you could drive on the track without losing the phone. But you can also rotate it to landscape.
I can't post a video but I can flap the whole thing up and down without the phone detaching.

Love the integrated logo!
I did the same, 3D printed using those two mounting points. Unfortunately it did melt in the heat, it's worth leaving it in the sun for a bit to test first.
you have to use ASA or PETG.I did the same, 3D printed using those two mounting points. Unfortunately it did melt in the heat, it's worth leaving it in the sun for a bit to test first.
I don't like PETG as its too shiny but black ASA is the ticket.

Love it! Do you find that MagSafe case is strong enough to stay attached? I’ve got an MP phone holder and have struggled to get a case that will stay attached!
Yeah it was a struggle, my case (pictured) is weak. But it wasn't the case or naked phone, or that sticky metal ring commonly sold for non mag cases, that needed fixing, it was the mount. The metal ball mount here is super strong. Most are not.also yeah I will get my act together and put an stl on printables, but you then have to buy the right mount to attach to it, so the phone will stick strongly..
