'Sporty' driving!

So I've just done the 1000km running period as defined in the owners manual. i.e. don't exceed 3500 rpm but now it's stating to avoid sporty driving for 3000km. No definition of exactly what this is though. Track day or just red lining it or pedal to the floor or...

What's your interpretation?

For me it was about maintaining a degree of mechanical sympathy by letting the engine warm up correctly and not red lining it or trying to win any traffic light Grand Prix! In short enjoy it but don’t ‘rag’ it
