I need to lower my bucket seats while they're out of the car.

Does anyone know what the type of bolt it is so I can buy the right screw driver?

Thanks

I got one of these to do this job:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01GZWTHFK/ref...

In case the link doesn't work, it's a Draper 82406 security bit set - about £6.

Forgive me for asking what may be very obvious to others but how do you remove the seats? I bought a set of special Allen keys (Amazon cheapos) and a bit set in order to adjust the seat height while they were in the car. It was a bit of a pain and I fitted new standard hex capscrews afterwards as some of the original security buttonheads were rounded after I'd finished.
Thanks

Here is a link to my write up to adjust the height and rake. I took the seat out with the runners, far easier using a ring spanner for the four bolts

Thanks Neil. I checked again and reminded myself why I had to do it the hard way and remove the seat side bolts. My seats were installed in the lowest position by the dealer so I was unable to undo the rear nuts with a ring spanner, even with the open end:
