Back... a couple of questions

Morning everyone ... after a few months back in something German I'm back. Bought the demo S (which many of you may have thrashed) from Winchester yesterday. Absolutley love it.

A couple of questions:

1. Anyone put the Life110 wheel spacers on the car - I think the rears definitely need them.
2. Anyone have any idea whether that impacts warranty at all?
3. What is the best road set-up for the Geometry - Life110 S is that more track focused?
4. Where can I get the Geometry done in Surrey?

Congratulations, seen that lovely car but not driven it (I tested the GT). I'd be interested in Geometry recommendations for the Winchester area but happy to go to Surrey if someone has one.

I've also dropped a note to Dave at Life110 too and will post the advice when I get it.

Expecting delivery of my A110GT in abyss blue possibly just before Xmas, more likely just after - it's currently lurking in a parking lot somewhere between Dieppe and Southampton.

I've fitted the Life spacers. Didn't affect a recent warranty claim on my driver's seat.

I asked this question a while back and someone recommended Abbey Motorsport in Oxted who I know have a good reputation and been going for years. Not managed to find the time to get down there myself but it's on the cards.

Excellent purchase, congrats and welcome!

Can't foresee spacers having any bearing on a warranty claim for any component other than, er, wheel bearings; unless a modification can conceivably be linked to a failure it's neither here nor there.

Well … the car is transformed, granted the geometry was completely out but with the Life 110 fast road settings and the spacers the car is now incredible. Very compliant at speed and amazing on the twisties. Mark, Scott and Charlie at Abbey Motorsports in Oxted were super friendly and it was great to watch what Charlie was doing with the car. I would even say it’s also more comfortable! David (Life110) was also a star with all the hassle with RoyalMail at the minute. Overall a very happy customer. A couple of shots of the clean transformed car. One last thing Michelin Pilot Sport 5s make a massive difference compared to the Cup Sports too! [url]
