Paint `issue` 2020 Legende

Hi guys,

Have a paint issue with my 110 Legende, Abyss blue. The car is really pampered, lives in a heated garage and never sees bad weather. I noticed a couple of months ago a couple of what i thought were water marks on my bonnet, bumper and front wings, I didnt want to wipe them off for fear of scratching the paint and my detailer was booked. However detailer being ill and myself being out of uk on business it didnt get looked at until last week. He immediately pointed them out to me and said its the laquer delaminating from the paint but `internally` there is no damage to the surface of the paint at all, its not like stone chips.( there are zero chips on the car , like i said its a bit too pampered)

My dealer ( who has been outstanding as usual) had the car in to check for warranty claim,they are processing a claim but its not yet been approved by Alpine.

Just wondered if anyone else has had similar issues, I cant post pictures as it really doesnt show up too well in pics.
