Yes, there were some dodgy seals replaced under warranty.
As I’ve had to fit a whole new rear window I’m hoping the seals are the revised ones…

Yes, Feb '21 production.

Adding to a list of minor things for next service visit (noisy window regulator on driver side too).

Arrrrgh.

Yep. My car also has both doors rattling, squeaky seat and now this.

I've been to several dealers to fix the rattles but they said they couldn't hear it on a short test drive so "sorry can't help".

I also received a call from a pushy salesman trying to force me in to booking in my first service and making sure I don't go to another dealer. It annoyed me so much that I'm not using them.

These cars are absolutely god damn fantastic and still imo the best sports car you can buy for the road. But my fear of the Renault dealer experience is coming true.

Mine was in at Manchester last week for 2 of these issues; leaky rear screen and squeaky seat!

They replaced the seal and have ordered me a new seat without any hesitation!

I was worried they would say the same re: the seat, that they couldn’t replicate, but to my surprise they rang up and said ah we’re sorry but it’s on back order so you’ll have to come back when it arrives - fine by me when they are £3k a pop.

Maybe explain that’s it’s a known issue (which I believe it is), or failing that try Manchester?

Do you have buckets or comfort?

I was wondering how you know that they are £3k a pop?

Reason I ask is that I have asked 3 dealers for a quote for a bucket seat and they don't even quote me.

I’ve got the bucket seats - I know the cost from another forum member who was considering swapping from comfort to buckets.

I’m going to see if I can have a nosey at the invoice when mine gets replaced!

Update - just had a call from Manchester, the seat is in stock and I’m getting it fitted next Friday

Thanks, who are you dealing with at Manchester? Ian?

No unfortunately Ian has made to pastures new, at Porsche I believe.

Just booked in via their booking system and all was resolved without needing to ask, surprisingly!

That is a shame but good luck to him - I used to take my car up to Manchester as both Ians were helpful.
Presume Ian the tech is still there - doesn’t he post on here sometimes?

The seat swap probably gave it away (well, it might have, I've talked about it a few times on here) but it was me that asked Winchester about the seats.

I saw no real reason not to share, as it wasn't a special price for me or anything, that's just what they cost.
