How many miles have you done?

Over 30,000 for me now in my PE
Had intended on using it far less but it turns any journey into fun.
Not enough yet... 1800 miles since October. Embarrassing really. But most of July will be in Europe on an extended road trip (which from Scotland is a good 800 miles more than if you left from the SE). Cannot wait! Had intended on using it far less but it turns any journey into fun.

Not if you take the Newcastle-Ijmuiden (AMS) ferry...A pity the Zeebruuge-Rosyth ferry was stopped. There was talk of a Rosyth to Groningen ferry being introduced but to no avail.
To be honest, l don’t envy the drive down south and back again for your European trip. I know it’s expensive, but perhaps consider taking the ferry back to Newcastle?
It took me the first 9 months to hit 3K KM. Similar to Biggles, l used the car sparingly - also due to Covid and travel restrictions, and being glued to the home office for work etc. Now close to 7K KM as the first year milestone looms. Put on almost 4K KM during our recent 3 week road trip. I now understand and appreciate the car a whole let better. Also, a lot more relaxed in and around the car now that l’ve broken my duck!..i.e. first scratches, window chips, etc

Part of the reason for me choosing the Alpine was it's more 'GT' like ride characteristics compared to alternatives (and the mpg benefits..) for longer trips.
Not trie the Newcastle ferry route. Not an option for this time as meeting up with a pal to go in convoy to Le Mans classic first, but worth looking into next time. Cheers.
Just over 12k in the first year. Which, considering I had no particular plans to do so, WFH all the time and have never before come close to that (even when commuting), seems a lot.
I'm kinda thrilled with that though - I've spent more time finding reasons to use it than reasons not to use it, and I really hope to continue like so. I want to go places and do things with it as much as possible.
That mindset it's nurtured has even made me use the classic more, which by itself would be good enough!

I've owned my A110 for a month now and done 3,600 km so break-in period now over.
This is fantastic - chapeau 12,000 miles in 18 months for me. My only car but no commute so purely used for pleasure (which it certainly is!). A trip to Brittany last August was a real highlight and have to go to a wedding in Tuscany this July so will take a few extra days off either side and make a road trip of it… looking forward to that!
Absolutely love it, and just as happy when pootling about.
