Nice lap Wouter, It was great to meet up with you last week at the Ring. Thanks for hanging around and waiting for me to get there, its a shame the other Alpines had to leave as it would have been amazing to have an Alpine convoy lapping the ring smile Next time I am going I will send you a message before, maybe you will also be around and we can meet again.
your video quality looks quite good and i can see the road ahead and other cars, i mounted my camera in a similar position but the outside was just too bright on the Sunday and the detail outside the car was very poor so i think i need to change my gopro settings, do you remember if there were and specific settings that worked better than others? at the moment my video is also upside down so i need to sort that out too smile

The S had no time to visit us that weekend and the other white A110 that was with me since friday, needed to leave home after sunday lunch. My intention was to do some laps on sunday also and I was nice to do so together with you. Nice to meet you and was amazed also by the difference in pulling power of your "tuned" A110 PE vs my stock A110.

We sometimes have big and small convoys of A110 lapping the ring....our goal is a convoy picture of 4 Alpine's in the carousell wink

So my Go Pro; I use an old(er) Go Pro 4. The settings I use is narrow and spot metering. With spot meter the light is measured in the centre (spot) of the Go Pro frame (which is the frame through the front window of my car). This way the view outside the car (through the window) is not to light (over exposure) because of sunlight. If you don't do "spot" light metering then the Go Pro tries to make interior and exterior view with the same exposure....because the interior of the car is way darker (less light), then it will make the view outside to light (with heavy sun). I also use a polarisation filter that slides over my Go Pro lens...this filter gives slightly less reflection of the front window.
