Best tool for changing seat bolts

My drivers seat was installed by the dealer in my preferred lowest setting but the front left bolt wasn't tightened fully, meaning the seat rocks. I've got no chance of getting back to the dealer for a few months so I need to sort it myself. The bolts are security Torx and the only potentially suitable tool I have is a relatively short and weak ratchet (there's not a lot of space) but I think they used a fair amount of Loctite and it won't budge. What tool has anyone else used?

I found it a lot easier to remove the seat but an L-key worked ok in situ.

Specifically the Wera 073599 is what I used.
