Steamy back lights

After far too long sitting in the garage used my PE for a 30 mile run. Roads were damp but weather was dry. When I parked friends commented on the misted rear lights
I've seen this before on a few cars but it's this an issue or like some cars are they not sealed, so it's less of a worry?
